As much as I enjoyed summer…
I am, yes. And I can understand that, but don’t you ever want an escape?
Sure, Hogsmeade isn’t the best example, but gotta work with what we have, yeah?
I do want to escape more than anything…

Sure, Hogsmeade isn’t the best example, but gotta work with what we have, yeah?
I do want to escape more than anything…

And here I thought England was supposed to be civilized?
So sad, really. And they call we Catholics the barbarians…
It’s odd really, how people react to change, whether it be good or bad.

I would think the Ministry would have solved that by now…

Different good or different bad? I hope good. Either way I’m glad, I like being different. I was planning to go, yes, are you?
Maybe…There’s nothing at Hogsmeade that interest me. Are you going?

Molly sat quietly alone at a table towards the back of her favorite café in Hogsmeade Tricks&Tea. Everytime the school took a weekend trip out, Molly always found herself spending the evening here. Of course, Tricks&Tea was no ordinary café. It was a café full of wonder and amazement that not many knew about, and that was why Molly loved it so much.
The best part about Tricks&Tea was the way everyone was so friendly even if you’d never met them before. Molly adored that, she adored the people, and she adored above all else the ease she felt when she was there. Molly was never really good at making friends, her spunky attitude came off as weird to so many of the girls in her dormitory, but she didn’t really care.
Molly’s chin rested listlessly in her hand as she watched the charmed sugar cubes in her cup dance across the surface of her tea. They spun and swirled about before disappearing below the surface, only to reappear a moment later in the form of dolphins leaping through waves. Molly couldn’t help but smile, even in her saddest times, magic always raised her spirits. Whether it was the time at school she so often spent alone, or when times were hard at home, magic was there to lend it’s ever so limitlessly skillfull hand.
As the cheerful antics within her tea cup began to settle down, Molly took another sip. And somewhere inside she was sure that maybe, just maybe this school year would be okay.
Barty didn’t know what he was doing at Hogsmeade. His friends were probably torturing a muggleborn or frightening muggles. Barty passed each store not bothering to look inside, nothing at Hogsmeade was interesting to him; he was only there because his father was always on his tail about being a good student. His relationship with his father was often rocky. Hogwarts was an escape, but Hogsmeade was just childish.
The sweet smell of treats lofted through the streets. Barty decided to visit at least one shop and head back to school.
“Tricks & Treats” Barty read in a mocking tone as he entered the sweet shop. He peered around to see if anyone he knew was there. His eyes focused on a girl with curly locks of red hair. “Molly?” He said as he approached her. Barty wasn’t surprised to see her; she seemed to enjoy Hogsmeade. “Do you mind if I sit with you?”

Nice to meet you too. I don’t think it’s too strong at all, no. You’ve wondered about the red headed Gryffindor, I assume that’s me?
You seem so different from any Gryffindor I’ve met, which is a good thing. *smiles* Ummm…Are you going to the Hogsmeade trip this weekend?

I’m not going to let that happen. We stick together, remember…?
[ignore the text]
*Smiles* So are you going to that Hogsmeade trip this weekend?

That’s a shame, Mate! I’ll tell you everything that happens once we’re in the common room.
I’ve got you covered!
Maybe I’ll meet you guys when you’re done. I just can’t afford to fly back on my father’s radar.

Yeah, and you’re Barty Crouch Jr.
It’s a pleasure to meet you. I hope you don’t think I’m coming on too strong, but I’ve always wondered about the red headed Gryffindor.

I was in Seville, just along the river, though I was able to visit Barcelona a few times.
You were there on your own? I could just imagine all the trouble you got into there.
